吴玫博士

云南大学高等教育研究院副教授

云南大学比较与国际教育中心主任


吴玫博士毕业于美国爱达荷大学,获高等教育管理哲学博士学位(Ph.D),目前在挪威奥斯陆都市大学访学。其研究领域涵盖高等教育教学法、大学生学习投入、国外中小学教育、少数民族教育,以及移民子女教育等方面。吴博士教授高等教育研究院研究生课程,开设了包括“比较教育研究”、“国外中小学教育”、“教育研究设计与论文写作”等九门课程。此外,她还担任云南大学比较与国际教育中心主任,是中国高等教育学会比较教育分会理事、院校研究协会理事,以及北美比较教育学会(CIES)、北欧比较与国际教育学会(NOCIES)和美国教育研究学会(AERA)会员,是《北欧比较与国际教育期刊NJCIE》的国际顾问委员会委员之一。

Mei Wu earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Idaho, the USA. Currently, she is a visiting researcher at Oslo Metropolitan University in Norway. Her research areas include higher education pedagogy, student engagement, international basic education, ethnic minority education, and the education of immigrant children. Dr. Wu also teach graduate courses, offering nine courses that cover topics such as "Comparative Education Research," "International Basic Education," and "Education Research Design and Thesis Writing."


In addition to her academic roles, she serves as the Director of the Center for Comparative and International Education ( http://www.hie.ynu.edu.cn/info/1055/1571.htm ) at Yunnan University. She is a council member of the Comparative Education Association and the Institutional Research Association, Chinese Association of Higher Education. Furthermore, Dr. Wu is an active member of prominent academic societies, including the Comparative and International Education Society (CIES), the Nordic Comparative and International Education Society (NOCIES), and the American Educational Research Association (AERA). She additionally acts as a member of the International Advisory Committee for the "Nordic Journal of Comparative and International Education."
